Walbaum is not a geometric font so the circle makes no sense to use as a visual element/device.
YOUR font is modern which means it is the only classification with hairline serifs. That is a key thing you should be expressing to us the viewer.
GET some white space / negative space into your layouts including the first one, which was the closest BEFORE you jammed the stuff around everything. REDUCE everything on the original version you had at least by 70% and start there.
The rest of the posters have to start over. Stop decorating and start telling us what is important about Walbaum visually.
