I think the pacing and how they are forced to read it will change. Also adding sound will change the tone significantly.
What will the audience exprience in print? In Motion?
They will experience a more concrete solid and defined reading of the speech in print. In motion the speech may read more sporadically and could even be illegible. The motion piece would have control of timing and pacing while the print version puts the audience in control.
What can you do in print that you can't do in motion?
You can make the whole speech work as a whole in terms of a layout while the motion piece works frame by frame can cannot change dimension.
What can you do in motion (in aftereffects) that you can't do in print?
It can give the words life and dimension. The words become multi-layered with more meaning. Motion can provide more focus for the viewer and control for the designer.
